Special Tutorial 2: Model Montage

The Men Behind the Cameras---

The Results---

Again, all-important lighting,
and choice of setting

Primary daylight behind sofa, and open shades on out-of-sight window for fill-in.

Mid-morning light entirely, with ample shadow detail, left and right.

Full, diffused daylight with windows open, little shadow left.

Great al fresco on clear day at noon, using old felled tree as primary prop.

Beautiful garden pond in full daylight, medium shutter speed retaining motion in water.

 Left, substantial shadow detail, front lighting for model's shoulder and leg;
Right, uniform lighting from photo lamp, no real shadow detail.
Dusk through window, all interior light stopped, with contrast shadow/light
on erection.

Full lighting on model, very dark background.

Left, daring daylight strip; right, virile image beckoning from shadows.

Both pictures tantalizingly modest, yet explicit, with cue and rail props, and hands.

Less dramatic contrast light; left, open side window illuminating man, with just a
hint of glint on the cockring; right, good indoor diffused daylight, with clear
reflection from breadbox in rear, not glare.

Subjective use of contrast light and color. Left, studio lamp itself becomes both
a light source and prop, baffled lamp light front and left; right, front light only.

Photo lamp on ground in foreground, interesting contrast and angle.

Left, late morning and overcase, low focal angle; right, twin lovers, lamp front
and slightly right-angle.  Background kept dark for perfect contrast.

Thought enought about it?...

...Be proud, and strut your stuff!
